Since nobody pays attention to the FF forums I'll just post my review of the game here.
And now its time for the review!
Storyline: 9/10: I love the storyline. It begins as a normal story would be like. There is an evil empire that wishes to take over the world and blah, blah, blah. But something very unexpected happens after you complete the first half of the game. I don't want to spoil it for anyone that wants to get this game.
Gameplay: 8/10: Like the older FF games this one has an active time battle system. The coolest part of this game is the fact that you can make all the characters learn all the spells in the game. No restrictions. Which means you don't have to worry about having one White Mage. Or if you want everyone to learn the infamous Ultima spell just equip the Esper(Summon) that contains the spell. On the downside of the game though is whenever you get to the second half of the game its extremly hard to level up and some of the bosses in the game require you to be a high level. So you have to go through LONG BORING hours of leveling up.
Graphics: 6/10: Typical old FF game graphics. Big woop.
Sound: 9/10: You can hear the music loud and clear. And the sound effects are not that bad either.
Overall: 10/10: This has to be my favorite RPG game. If your a true FF fan, get this game. |
